When your daughter’s sacred holiday was always Halloween (never Christmas), then she dies, does she still celebrate it with you?
I kind of half got the spirit this year but I don’t get the same charge out of Halloween that I used to, it’s just… eh…
I hope it comes back. I think it will, in time. More time. More celebrations without her. More me, less her.
It’s a good thing it’s just, not what I wanted.
